I can fully recommend this dental practice! The staff are all great and friendly, I have never had an issue getting an appointment that suited me. My most recent appointment has been to have my dental implant fitted by Dr Lim. Prior to this I have seen her a number of times in preparation for this surgery and she had prepped me and fully explained the procedure so I was comfortable and not worried.

The surgery went well Dr Lim kept checking I was okay and talked me through the steps she was about to take and what I should expect to feel. The day after my appointment was Saturday when the clinic was closed, but I still received a call from Angela to check I was well.

From beginning to end, consultation’s to surgery to aftercare, all has been excellent and I am a very happy patient.

Having researched one or two dental clinics regarding a complete set of implants in my upper jaw I chose to go to Dr Patel at Higher Swan Lane. It proved to be an excellent choice, the technical expertise shown could not have been bettered. Dr Patel is both experienced and an enthusiast so that the procedure proposed was explained and discussed, and any questions I might ask were answered very patiently. I was assured that I would experience no pain and this proved to be the case – I felt nothing, this from a man who has suffered with previous dentists. I have now had the denture for a little over two months and find that my ability to eat has improved greatly compared to my experience with “false teeth”. The follow-up after completion has been excellent. I can honestly recommend this dental practice.

I first went last year with a longstanding cracked tooth. I had delayed cos of my fear of dentists. I had absolutely no need to worry. After a negative experience with a different dental practice Synergy Dental was recommended to me by word of mouth. So far I have received a great service from the staff at this branch. I have found Dr Suleman to be a professional and technically skilled dentist, who has saved me from the expense and pain of unnecessary treatment that I was incorrectly advised to pursue by another practice.
